First of all, we want ask you to make a considered decision while shopping with us. I am a one women show running a small business, which forces me to be very strict on our returns policy. All measurements and qualities are mentioned within the product description. If you are missing any information, or in doubt about the sizing - do not hesitate to send us an email or message through Instagram before ordering.
- Send us an email with your reason of return/ or request for exchange, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order (Dutch/English).
- After 7 working days upon arrival, your order is final.
- After you have send us an email, we will examine your request and get back to you as soon as possible. After our approval, we will send you the returns adress.
- We will issue you with an exchange, or full refund excluding the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs ( these are both on your costs) and only if your items do not fall within the exceptions written below.
- Please secure proper packaging for shipping and make sure to send it with a tracking code, as it is your responsibility that your order reaches us in good condition.
- We recommend retaining a proof of shipment from your postal service in case of disputes. We are not responsible for any lost return packages.
- If you choose to exchange, we cover the sending costs for your newly picked item.
- If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
Returned items look or smell worn.
Returned items without tags, you will receive a gift voucher.
Return items that are incomplete ( e.g. belts missing).

Wash bags because of slight difference in pattern placement.
Items with small flaws because of its unique handmade nature.
- If you decide to send a return without notice, or our approval - if none of above exceptions are apliable - you will receive a gift voucher.
